Disable TRAMP backups while keeping local backups

Hi, How can I disable remote file backups while still maintaining local file backups?

Maybe write a custom function for `backup-enable-predicate`, based on the default. (Suggestion based on a quick perusal of the manual section 'Backups')

That, together with `file-remote-p` should do the job. I thought there would be something more built-in using the customization variables but it looks like the backup predicate function is the closest possible. Thanks!
