This uses [org-habit](https://orgmode.org/manual/Tracking-your-habits.html). If you do
(require 'org-habit)
(add-to-list 'org-modules 'org-habit)
Then a TODO like this
* TODO a habit
SCHEDULED: <2022-12-30 Fri .+10d/15d>
:PROPERTIES:
:STYLE: habit
:END:
will appear as pictured in your agenda and automatically reschedule itself each time you mark it done.
