I have this:

and when I first executed it it generated f4results.png fine and embedded the result as a #+RESULTS: in the org file as expected.
If I add more data to the f4resultdat table (not shown) and re-run the code f4results.png is correctly updated but the embedded image in the org file does not change. I've tried deleting the png, closing the file, and going from org to fundamental and back again but nothing fixes it. Meanwhile, the png file gets updated on disc every time I run the block.
Any advice/thoughts?
