Emacs opens a terminal when i open it from taskbar

İm using windows 11. When i open it from somewhere else it will just open as normal. No terminal. İt works same tho

Right click the shortcut, edit properties, change "emacs.exe" to "runemacs.exe"

İt is already runemaca.exe
