Any Zmanim (timers offset from day to day) Packages, or something that could implement one?

Put simply: Zmanim refers to a handful of times throughout the day during which certain rituals are completed. The catch: These times are not consistent from day to day, as they are related to the length of the day and the time of sunrise and sunset. As such, a simple daily timer doesn't work. Various online services give times for Zmanim, such as [this one](https://www.myzmanim.com/day.aspx?askdefault=1&vars=68949485&q=new%20york) (New York for an arbitrary example). I'm interested in setting up Emacs to give Zmanim times. I don't know of any package that does this. Is there such a package, and if not, is there a package that can accept timers with offsets or scrape a specific website to provide that information?

Look at solar.el inside calendar, based on your latitude / longitude you can get exact sunrise / sunset times.

I ended up, with the help of another user, writing something that launches on boot (not through Emacs but Linux more generally), parses JSON that contains the information, and sets alarms with the program `at`. It isn't quite an Emacs package, but it works - and I wrote it myself, which is fun and educational. I do intend to look into how to do that more directly in Emacs later - and for that, your suggestion will surely be helpful. Thank you!
