use-package-examples: community contributed configuration examples

It should also be consistent with its use of the different keywords or explain their use e g. `:demand` - I use it but not everyone might.

I mean shame on me for not reading the docs completely, but my init.el has been nothing but `use-package` declarations for several years and today is the first day I've seen `:demand`.

That is awesome. Exactly what beginners need. I remember being so happy when I finally found a snippet that I could copy paste into my config to get things working.
