Can I add some file variables to an org-mode file to force Emacs to fold all headings?

I know that Emacs supports file variables like this: -*- mode: modename; var: value; … -*- But I don't know what to put here in my org-mode file to make Emacs fold all headings when it opens the file. Is there a way to make Emacs fold all headings when an org-mode file is opened? I want to set this only for specific org-mode files, not all org-mode files.
