Plantuml preview not working

I was trying out plantuml in doom emacs and tried to render the diagram using M-x plantuml-preview but the diagram didn't render. Not sure about the problem, but if it persists you can try use a local plantuml.jar instead. That's what I am using at its quite reliable once configured. Like so: ``` (setq plantuml-default-exec-mode 'jar) (setq plantuml-jar-args '("-tpng")) (setq plantuml-output-type "png") (setq plantuml-java-args (list "-Djava.awt.headless=true" "-jar")) (add-to-list 'auto-mode-alist '("\\.plantuml\\'" . plantuml-mode)) ``` Above config assumes you have a plantuml downloaded to path "~/plantuml.jar"

Maybe its not what you want but, have you tried in org mode?. Im not using de doom flag. But in packages.el i have `(package! plantuml-mode)` and in my config.el spcifie the install ubication `(setq org-plantuml-jar-path (expand-file-name "/usr/share/plantuml/plantuml.jar"))` that is my install ubication for plantuml and in src blocks of org mode works well to me.
