I have set up a basic configuration for c programming. I am getting the completion from ccls in company-mode, but I am unable to jump to positions of the completion. I have attached a screenshot showing the line after completion. How can this be resolved.

That looks like unexpanded yasnippet?
Are you by any chance using doom?

Interested in the responses here- I get the $ snippet skeletons in all of my language servers, and I have to manually delete it and enter the params, I'm sure I don't have something configured correctly.

Well in my case in doom this was happening when I didn't have yasnippet installed. Perhaps worth investigating in that direction

I am getting the message above in \*message\* buffer how do I configure the yasnippet expand.

I suggest moving away from ccls and going to lsp-mode or eglot. Eglot will be native in emacs starting version 29.
