I use `#'consult-history` to quickly find the history I want for anything in comint. Sometimes, I'd like to delete a certain history entry on the fly while selecting. I understand that `#'embark-act` is the best tool for that, but I still need a function. The question is how..

Embark has a few commands like this already: [one for the kill ring, one for minibuffer history, and one for the recentf list](https://github.com/oantolin/embark/blob/09da327d43793f0b30114ee80d82ef587124462a/embark.el#L3464-L3493). Some of that code should adapt to your use case pretty easily.

You can bind to a function in `embark-general-map`, a function that maybe calls `embark-history-remove`.

Hmm.. it doesn't work for comint history. I guess I need to write a customized function to do that then?
