I can not execute "jupyter-python" source blocks, I get the error message: "No org-babel ...." What are \`:session\` and \`:kernel\` means in jupyter-python source blocks? I checked with: \`jupyter kernelspec list --json\`, I have 3 kernels: torch, tf, and python3 I have also 3 env: torch, tf, and base I see 2 directories in \`\~.local/share/jupyter/kernels/\`: torch and tf. I have fresh install of doom-emacs with only configuring (org +jupyter). What am I missing? Thank you for your time.

It seems emacs has not loaded your virtualenv correctly and therefore Jupyter is not found. I don’t remember what doom uses but you can try read the docs of doom’s python module.

What is the complete error message? Have you used org-babel-load-languages?

sorry, I am late, the message is in the heading "No org-babel-execute function for jupyter-python". the problem was related with some python (conda/pip) packages. If "jupyter kernelspec list" shows any warning message, this problem arises. Later, I found that It is discussed on some issue of the package, sorry I do not find the link/issue at the moment. Removing the python package solves the warning, hence also solve this problem.
