It would be awesome to access & edit notion through org-mode. I was wondering if anyone working on something like this ? It would help a lot especially with collaboration with non org-mode users.

I recommend Logseq as being similar in many ways to Notion but being far easier to integrate into an org mode workflow— as it natively supports org markup.

Org-roam and Logseq are like cousins when it comes to comparability.
Worth pursuing though.

OP wants to collaborate with people who use Notion. Logseq apparently has collaboration support in the works.
