Is there any function like getting remote environment variable ?

Environments are inherited from the parent process. That's not an Emacs thing -- that's how environments work. So what do you mean by "getting a remote environment"? That description makes no sense to me. Please explain in detail *specifically* what it is that you want to happen, and in terms of the relevant process(es).
