org-vcard: seeking new maintainer

Hi all, i haven't used Org / org-contacts for managing my contacts for years, and with so many other commitments on my plate, i no longer have the resources or interest to continue trying to maintain org-vcard, and deal with the data produced by the software of tech multinationals. org-vcard was my first Emacs package - i created it in 2014, even though i'd been using Emacs for decades by that point - and unfortunately, it shows. In recent times i've been trying to do some code cleanup, but to say that there are 'infelicities' - both within the code itself, and in terms of the UX - is an understatement. At one point i started doing some work to move to a parser based on the grammars defined in the three vCard specs (2.1, 3.0, 4.0, with differences between them significant enough to make trying to deal with them Less Than Fun), but that didn't get particularly far. i'd also toyed with creating an ELisp CardDAV library and refactoring org-vcard to make use of that, but that never eventuated either. (Partly, if i recall correctly, because when i first looked into doing this, there was a bug in Emacs' XML parsing; it got fixed, but the fix took a while to appear in an Emacs release.) If anyone is interested in taking maintainership, please contact me (Alexis) at the email address listed in [the project repo](https://github.com/flexibeast/org-vcard).
