Tried a few versions in my cache, same problem. Any ideas? Got to go to work, but think this may just affect org files - test when I get home.

> Any ideas? Find the simplest way to reproduce it from `emacs -q`. Report it as a bug.

Is this the latest master branch? If not, update from Git: there were a couple of bugs with the new overlay implementation fixed less than a day ago.

Will give it a go - `(use-package org :straight (:type built-in))` seems to fix it, but will rebuild as suggested.
xircon · 2022-11-02 20:24
Rebuilt, still crashes, works with built-in org, so will run with that.
abougouffa · 2022-11-17 22:28
I have exactly the same problem. I'm using Emacs from master branch, I confirm that using built-in Org package solves the problem.

In some ways I am glad it is not just me! Have not had time to investigate further, real life just gets in the way.
