How can I enable smooth horizontal scrolling with the trackpad on MacOS?

I can not determine, how smooth my scrolling is, but my setting is:

mouse-wheel-tilt-scroll t
mouse-wheel-flip-direction (if (eq system-type 'darwin) t nil)

Yes, I also installed this version of Emacs. But I still can't get horizontal scrolling to work. Do you have anything else on your .emacs file?
