I'm using Doom Emacs with treemacs inside it.
When I look through each source file from side tree, I need to press Enter to open the file. How to view the file content without Enter but just move the cursor in the tree menu?

Please try reading the documentation for the package before asking for support.
What you're looking for is listed under the "Detailed Feature List":

Do you mean `Follow-mode`? I think, OP is after `treemacs-peek-mode`, which does the opposite and is only mentioned in the "General Keybinds" section.

I run `treemacs-follow-mode` from M-x, but it doesn't work.

`P` activates peek-mode, you can scroll the other window with `M-J/K` from treemacs. Admittedly that feature is shown only in the helpful hydra. I'll make sure it's added to the readme.
