Flycheck is giving me weird error messages for Python on Windows

Suspicious state from syntax checker python-pycompile: Flycheck checker python-pycompile returned 49, but its output contained no errors: Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Manage App Execution Aliases. Try installing a more recent version of python-pycompile, and please open a bug report if the issue persists in the latest release. Thanks! I am using Emacs on Windows and I got this weird message. I also get errors but slightly different in Latex files. After searching around, it seems it must be something to do with \\r\\n but can't find a solution.
