After setting up `twittering-mode` and adjusting it to my preferences -- [this fix](https://github.com/hayamiz/twittering-mode/issues/136#issuecomment-375909263) allow you to view images, which makes a world of difference -- there's one final bit that could really make it click for me: retrieving replies/conversation to a tweet.
Does anyone have a hack that does this? I know that the project is essentially unmaintained at this point, but hopefully there's someone in the community who knows. I think it would involve using the [Conversation ID](https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/conversation-id) in the new API and using something like the existing `twittering-get-replied-statuses` function.
