When I write papers in plain LaTeX, I configure BibLaTeX to use a number of options, such as:
\usepackage[style=abnt,backend=biber,ittitles,justify,indent,sccite,giveninits]{biblatex}
Now I'm trying to reproduce that with org-cite, but `cite_export` seems to have only two arguments, so to speak:
#+cite_export: biblatex abnt
which yields
\usepackage[style=abnt]{biblatex}
Does anyone know how to pass arguments to BibLaTeX using org-cite? I tried adding more after `abnt` but that has not effect.

According to the commentary of `oc-biblatex.el`, the biblatex export processor
>will re-use any "\\usepackage{biblatex}" already present in the document (e.g., through `org-latex-packages-alist`), or insert one using options defined in `org-cite-biblatex-options`.
So it seems that you can either customize one of the listed variables, or add your usual LaTeX usepackage directly to the document with
#+LATEX_HEADER:
and `oc-biblatex` will use the settings except the style, which will be overridden if present.

Thanks so much for this. I got close to the answer, but did not read the whole source code. I set `biblatex` with `usepackage` as usual and it worked perfectly.
