Question about echo area, lsp-mode and windows

Sometimes when using lsp-mode with a couple of vertically split windows, if an error messages pops up in the echo area, the scroll position in one of the inactive windows gets changed. Is there any way to prevent this?

Check out the variable `max-mini-window-height`

The value is 0.25. I did not modify this variable in any of my dot files.

Then you should modify it 😂

I ended up switching from lsp-mode to eglot and the problem went away.
