I would like to debug remotely over ssh connection using gdb. I know tramp exists. However. I do not want to run on the cluster's login node.
There are two things:
1. \#1 ssh into Head Node. The cluster has login node but then I have to queue up for a node to do a big run. Then, I have to ssh into the (non-login) head node once slurm runs that. So, can I do this 'double ssh' using emac's gdb?
2. load modules. gdb is on the cluster but a module needs to be loaded.
Is all this possible? It seems non trivial to do
