Being an elisp noob I sort of understand that the names of the test functions are symbols which have a [property attached](https://github.com/emacs-mirror/emacs/blob/master/lisp/emacs-lisp/ert.el#L131) and that tests are somehow in their own namespace as alluded to in the manual’s Introduction:
> Test names can be chosen arbitrarily—they are in a namespace separate from functions and variables—but should follow the usual Emacs Lisp convention of having a prefix that indicates which package they belong to.
But as a noob it would be comforting to see somewhere in the doc something like “all tests are registered when loaded” somewhere explicitly up front rather than buried in an aside in [Section 3](https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/html_node/ert/How-to-Write-Tests.html)
> Just like find-function is only able to find where a function was defined if the function was loaded from a file, ERT is only able to find where a test was defined if the test was loaded from a file.
Is there a better place to post this feedback?
