What do you use to generate c++ function/method documentation automatically in emacs?

I am coming back to emacs (and writing code) after \~8 years. I think I used to use doxymacs back then, but it looks like it is not in use anymore. What do people use these days? (btw, I am using emacs 28.1 + lsp-mode and magit for my c++ development, but want something that automates the generation of documentation with method name, params, etc)
