For the past couple days, TODOs I made, including scheduled TODOs, don't show up in org-agenda.
I can't remember what I was doing at the time it broke that may have caused it.
Previous TODOs from days before show up, just not new ones. If I put a TODO in a day before it broke, it works and shows up. It is just the last two days oddly that don't work. They are all in the same directory, and named with the same convention.
I still have `(setq org-agenda-files '("~/org-roam/daily"))` in my init.el and have not changed it. The directory is correct.
The value for `org-scheduled-delay-days` is 0, so it isn't that either.
Any help is appreciated.

Try C-c \[ in the daily which runs org-agenda-file-to-front and see if they turn up. If so the new daily files aren't been added to your list of org files.

Thanks! I ran it, and TODOs now show up in the agenda that was written in today's daily note. So the new daily files aren't being added to my list of org files, right?

Right and is standard behavior I have noticed. It's usually not a problem in my workflow as I immediately refile the TODOs in most cases. I did a quick search for a hook or way to add but didn't see anything obvious.
I do have function in my config that refreshes the list of org-files as I frequently context switch between work files and personal files and have some custom set up for that. That refresh often causes it to be added, or I call it manually as mentioned. My config is here [https://github.com/bradydonald/.emacs.d](https://github.com/bradydonald/.emacs.d) \- not the best written but it's mine :-)

In `org-agenda-files` list you can put directories as well. All files in them that match *.org will be added automatically to the agenda.
