I spent hours searching the internet and either I'm blind or there is no info on this, but when adding youtube RSS links to the feeds, it will fetch the entries and its titles but not the content. Is not a link issue because the very same link on newsboat works just fine. Any ideas? Any logs or anything I can provide just ask

Your screenshot doesn't show any entries or titles either. What does your Youtube RSS feed look like in Elfeed?

- Youtube feeds do not include video metadata or the description. You can verify this by opening the feed URL in a browser.
- However, they do include the title and channel name/id, and this should show up [like this](http://0x0.st/ofdO.png). Observe that below the link it still says _(empty)_ in my screenshot as there is no content.
- You'll need to fix the above issue first. I'm not sure what's going on there. Try setting `edebug-defun` on `elfeed-show-entry` and stepping through it to see why it's failing.
- After you fix that, you can enrich your Youtube feed to [look like this](http://0x0.st/ofdW.png) ([including the transcript](http://0x0.st/ofd4.png)) by using [elfeed-tube](https://github.com/karthink/elfeed-tube), an elfeed addon.

I'm extremely sorry for my ignorance but I'm not too familiar with emacs, not sure how am I supposed to do that.
The elfeed-tube part I did figure out

To start with, run `M-x toggle-debug-on-error` and open a YouTube feed entry in Elfeed.

right, done. How do I check the output of that? nothing popped out

Then there's no error. Turn off debug-on-error, then
1. `M-x find-function`, `elfeed-show-refresh--mail-style`.
2. `M-x edebug-defun`.
3. Open a youtube feed entry in elfeed.
Edebug will run, allowing you to step through the code of `elfeed-show-refresh--mail-style`. Doing that might give you some clue of why you get an empty buffer instead of the video title and link, channel name and link etc. You can check the edebug manual (using `M-x info`) for the keybindings to step through the code.
You can also step through the display of a non-Youtube entry (that works correctly) to see the difference.

I did resolve that problem on Doom Emacs not using the (:app rss) on `~/.doom.d/init.el` and installing elfeed and configuring it myself on `~/.doom.d/package.el` and `~/.doom.d/config.el`
`(package! elfeed)`
`(package! elfeed-org)`
`(package! elfeed-tube)`
`(package! elfeed-tube-mpv)`
