Trying to delve deeper into Emacs and my first goal is to do it with Java:

Currently I'm working with Java at the company I work at; they're having us use a Windows environment which is already awkward for me since I do all my studying and work at home on my Linux machines(s); what I'm wondering was where can I find the information on how to have a nice workflow for Java on emacs? You have Eclipse, Intellij ,etc but having used some of these IDEs they tend to run rather slowly and I'm really set on learning to create a work flow around emacs and getting ahead with my programming.

You probably want to use either lsp-mode or eglot with the eclipse-jdtls language server.
