Is there an online resource that proved useful when learning the ins-outs of using emacs for Web coding?

For a basic config, https://fransiska.github.io/emacs/2017/08/21/web-development-in-Emacs may be a good start.

The Web is a gigantic place. There are literally hundreds of frameworks for web programming. You can write Org files and export them with [ox-hugo](https://ox-hugo.scripter.co/doc/why-ox-hugo/) for a slick blog setup. You can write make dynamic sites directly in Javascript, or php, or even python. You can steal styles from all across the internet with `@import url("https://mitchmarq42.xyz/style.css");`` (that's my css, which steals someone else's). So, you may want to be more specific about what kind of web coding you want to do.
Emacs is also big. For any thing which you set out to do, there is likely code out there that somebody else has written to do that thing. But again, web programming can mean almost anything in this day and age. I encourage you to pick a framework/domain and do some googling (or ducking if you prefer): "emacs <thing> development".
