lsp-mode + javascript — imenu won't navigate to function, only to internal vars

I use latest emacs, up-to-date lsp-mode. use helm-imenu to navigate file contents. I see all functions, classes + their internals. I can navigate to function's internals (like var or inner function), BUT can't navigate to the function itself?

uhmmm like go to definition? I think it's binded to `g d`

How do you know he's using evil?
