Thanks to Jethro Kuan & Hugo Cisneros for being such an inspiration for my personal Zettelkasten (Org-roam package)

What app is serving up the pic on the left?

Been eyeing the space for a while now but haven’t gotten my feet wet yet. Could you recommend any blog posts / tutorials you found useful for setting it up? Thanks.
Also a doom, org user.

I use that, but it is always arranged in a circle. Maybe I should explore the settings.

Double click to node. Side window will automatically open.

Yes, I’d be very interested as well! It seems very intimidating in the beginning.

Doom has lots of great stuff for Roam, including a roam-ui setup out of the gate. Check out the Roam section of Doom's Org docs, and scan through some of the docs for the included packages.

There are options on the side where you can tinker with the physics. I turn up repulsive and link force very high, because I like seeing distinct clusters

If you already know Doom, it should be a simple learning curve... Building the second brain was easy once you know the basics. Just write notes and create links to other notes (with a focus on short & super high quality)
I learned Doom Emacs specifically for this org-roam package. The hardest part was learning Emacs commands & learning to edit my config file

Yeah, that looks preferable to me too. I’ll try it out.
