[projectile]: case insensitivity for file search

Is this possible? I was looking through the src of `projectile-find-file`, but didn't see anything. It would be nice if my fat-fingered mistakes (e.g. `myFile` isntead of `myfile`) could be overlooked.

it doesn't have anything to do with projectile, but with your minibuffer completion system. for `ivy`/`counsel` there's `ivy-re-builders-alist` you may have interest in.

If you set the option `read-file-name-completion-ignore-case` to `t`, then `find-file` and friends are case insensitive. I don't use Projectile anymore, third party packages can of course override/ignore this setting.
