Hi all, i'm new in emacs, i'm using "doom" and i have some problems trying to disable a pop-up.
I think the pop-up is related to "spell" or something but i can't locate the name of the package to disable.
so Have 2 questions. First Question is what is the package i show in the image.
Second Question is if i have the same problem how can i locate myself?

Not using Doom right now but I would start by looking at values of `company-backends` and `completion-at-point-functions` in that buffer. It could be org-mode or Doom or your own config added that to the completion backends and you'll just have to turn it off.
Somewhat related, I think Doom's documentation is pretty good if you're trying to understand it better. Also, have you tried asking on Doom's Discord/Discourse?

You need to set `company-idle-delay` to nil.
Just run `(setq company-idle-delay nil)` at startup.
This does not disable company, just the popup.
I wouldn't disable company, it is actually useful in evil-mode when completing file names with `C-x C-f`.
