[ANN] spell-fu now supports buffer-local word lists

Spell-fu now supports buffer local word lists via `spell-fu-buffer-session-localwords`, these can be stored as file/directory locals. Check the [spell-fu](https://codeberg.org/ideasman42/emacs-spell-fu) project page.
