i'm a complete noob, i just start using emacs. Don't know how to describe the problem so see the image at the bottom. When you type SPC or C-... the pop-up help has some options hidden at the bottom and don't understad how to "drag" the bar up. The second problem i see is there are 2 pages... how can i switch to see the 2nd page? THANKS!

That pop-up is provided by the `which-key` package. For reference.
To access the options at the bottom, press ctrl+h. Then j for down. It's not really meant to be scrolled/paged with the mouse.
It also looks like your window is a weird size so the text is clipping. Try dragging the bottom (of the emacs window) up a few pixels.

Came back with a solution.
I just add: (setq which-key-allow-imprecise-window-fit nil)
at bottom of init.el and works
