Hello,
I need the `org-contacts` from the `org-contrib` package. I'm using package.el with use-package. I was wondering should I install it like this?
(use-package org-contrib)
or like this?
(use-package org
:ensure org-contrib
:config
org related configs
..

In my admittedly amateur opinion, the first one.
I use :ensure when I want a parent package or a dependency to load for sure before a package down the list loads. If I wanted to use ensure, id do
(use-package org-contrib
:ensure org
:config
...)
But you don't really need to do that. You can just do (use-package org-contrib) and it should work just fine.
Maybe someone more knowledgeable will correct me/elucidate on the subtleties of using :ensure.

I think `org-contacts` is [no longer part](https://github.com/emacsmirror/org-contrib/commit/c6aef31ccfc7c4418c3b51e98f7c3bd8e255f5e6) of the `org-contrib` package. You can install the former directly from MELPA: https://melpa.org/#/org-contacts
