Or maybe save the last opened position in Emacs Info reader?

If I understand you correctly then it's C-x r m to set a bookmark and C-x r b to jump to a bookmark, if you wanna see all your bookmarks then do C-x r l

Please try searching first.

If you use [Bookmark+](https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/BookmarkPlus) then there are a few plusses for Info bookmarks:
* In the \*Bookmark List\* display:
* `I M` ***m***arks your Info bookmarks
* `I S` ***s***hows only your Info bookmarks.
* `s i` ***s***orts your bookmarks, putting Info bookmarks first, and sorts those by manual (file) name, then node name, and then position.
* If you enable global minor mode `bmkp-info-auto-bookmark-mode` then each Info node you visit is bookmarked automatically - see [Automatic Info Bookmarking](https://www.emacswiki.org/emacs/BookmarkPlus#AutomaticInfoBookmarking).
* `C-x j i` (`C-x 4 j i`) jumps to an Info bookmark (in other window) -- only Info bookmarks are completion candidates.
* You can cycle among Info bookmarks using command `bmkp-cycle-info(-other-window)`. Bind it to a repeatable key. Or bind commands `bmkp-(next|previous)-info-bookmark(-other-window)-repeat` to repeatable keys.
