SCP Foundation Wiki Syntax Mode?

I want to know if anybody has created a mode for Emacs which is designed to make it easy to work with SCP Foundation wiki syntax (which might just be the wikidot syntax). I haven't been able to find one, but admittedly, I didn't look very hard. Turbo ADHD/EDD gettin' in the way.
