Hey so i am getting this error:
Command "/home/mg433/.emacs.d/.cache/lsp/npm/vscode-langservers-extracted/bin/vscode-html-language-server --stdio" is present on the path.

how can i add that path too the path env var?

Yes it is. Becuase it ran a command that is not present in the paths. So how can i add it to the path (where do i add it so that Emacs can find it? cuase i can run it in the terminal (not with the command but with the path))

Just because you say so it doesn't mean it is. Read again and really carefully:
