im still a noob on emacs and elisp, while i have tried to read the documentation on org-mode manual, i still dont know how to make the org-agenda view to display more than 10 days, actually, i want to use the view of a month or a year, but i dont know the "variable" to make that possible please if somebody can help me with this, and if you can, just explain me a bit how this woek hehe thanks

You shouldn't need to mess with any variable to do those. Once in Org Agenda, pressing `v` (org-agenda-view-mode-dispatch) will prompt to view options, which by default have \[d\]ay \[w\]eek for\[t\]night \[m\]onth \[y\]ear I don't know if Doom changed this keybinding though, so if it doesn't work, you should C-h f (org-agenda-view-mode-dispatch) to see what it is bind to.

You can use the variable: (setq org-agenda-span 'month)

Is it capable for more flexibility, though? Specifically to jump to next span (next weak/month/year)?

`f` (org-agenda-later) and `b` (org-agenda-earlier)

You can quickly switch to month view with `M-x org-agenda-month-view` or even year view `M-x org-agenda-year-view`
