New Package: Citar-Capf

mclearc · 2022-06-08 04:47
Hi all, for those of you who use emacs to write with citations, you should use [citar](https://github.com/emacs-citar/citar). and I've written a package to perform completion at point called (creatively!) [citar-capf](https://github.com/mclear-tools/citar-capf). I'll be submitting this to melpa soon, but any constructive feedback is very much appreciated! It works great with [corfu](https://github.com/minad/corfu)!

I think it's the same word in a few languages, and Portuguese and Spanish are awfully similar. Aside from me liking the relatively concise name, my wife is a native Spanish speaker, so ...

And here I was thinking that the name was because you liked the musical instrument sitar!

For people finding this in the future or coming from emacs-news like me, this package has been merged into citar itself now, see https://github.com/emacs-citar/citar/pull/629 and https://github.com/mclear-tools/citar-capf/issues/3 .
