Is there some formatting variable that sets the time string returned by org-time-stamp-inactive?

`org-time-stamp-inactive` - `C-u C-c !` returns a string of the form `2022-05-04 Sat 16:21` but I want to change it to `2022-05-04 16:21 Sat`, which means I can trim the last 4 characters to make it arithmetic and database compatible OOTB. Can it be configured to remove the day string?
