Is there some way to automatically expand the LOGBOOK after a TODO item is created?

Is there some `customize` setting for this, or a function which I can apply to the TODO item?

`org-insert-heading-hook` I think, depending on how you insert the heading. May also use `org-after-todo-state-change-hook`
