org-publish - Wrong type of arguments with a simple string

In `(setq org-publish-project-alist ...)`, you set the value of the symbol to a quoted list, which means that the symbols like `blog-head` are included verbatim, as symbols, rather than getting evaluated, to return the symbol's value. Instead, you need to use backquote and unquote anything that needs to be evaluated. ex: `(("org" :html-head ,blog-head))

Nope. Run `toggle-debug-on-error` and look at the stack trace to see what's causing that.
