Background colour in Org Mode with hc-zenburn theme

I just loaded the `hz-zenburn` theme but it does not work as the background is not changed with indented Org mode text. Screenshot: https://imgur.com/niPtLN3.png How can I fix this issue?

Solved it! I have two themes running simultaneously. Doh!
