How to move the point to the last visible column of buffer with `truncate-long-lines` enabled?

How can I move the point to the last visible column of the buffer when `truncate-long-lines` is enabled? I know there's `C-x <` to scroll right, but it doesn't let me go back one character and be on the last column of the previous screen. Thanks!
