I am using `eglot` as language server for Python in Emacs 27.
I need a lightweight language server because my Emacs run on an RasperryPi4. In that case `pyright` is often recommended.
But it is Microsoft. Does anyone have another alternative which is fast and light, too?

you can use [elpy](https://github.com/jorgenschaefer/elpy) for that its not lsp but it might be faster than pyright.
i used to run elpy on a mobile phone with 1.5 ghz and 2gb ram and it was oki.

Thanks for your answer. It would be easier to read if you would use correct upper case letters. Interpunction is nearly correct but a sentence always starts with an upper case letter.
I used `elpy` in the past. I wouldn't call it performant and beside it it has a lot of other shortcomings.
I need an lsp-server (`eglot`).

Dude.... Get over yourself. LSP is kind of heavy to begin with so get a pc.
