Making emoji match the width of the monospace font

Hello, While I appreciate the support in Emacs for emoji, it looks kinda funky in context with monospace fonts. Is there a way to make the glyphs skinny so they fit in with the text font I have?

The only way is to find a font that supports Emoji and satisfies your width requirements. Emacs doesn't change the font's width, it just obeys it.
