I'd like my org-mode code blocks to look like "blocks" and I'm not sure if the `:extend` face property can do this.
**Context**
I delineate org-mode code blocks by setting the `org-block` face background to a slightly different color than my default background and setting its `:extend` text property to make the block look a bit cleaner (extends the color change to the end of the window).
However, I'd like the background color change to render as a **block**, extending only partially, rather than the way`:extend` normally behaves -- extending to the end of the window.
Is this possible?
