Filtering completions list

Is there a way to filter completions list (for auto-complete-mode or company-mode)? I want autocompletion in org-mode, and I would like to only show/preview completions for words longer than, say, 5 characters. I am trying to use org-ac, if that matters.

For `company-mode` that would be `company-minimum-prefix-length`.

For `company-mode`, when the candidates menu pops up, `C-s`.
