Dose this has any use case or it will patch to core?

What?

For a while now, this gentleman has been writing many interesting features for Emacs, but he doesn't upstream them, because he puts them all in a single development branch based on an old Emacs version. So he posts them on his blog and here with links to the source code, which no one else can use. It's a shame, really, because his work is going to waste. So I guess 404cn got tired of seeing these posts.

That is odd... I wonder how many 'islands of Emacs' exist that we don't even know about

Given how old Emacs is, and how many people have been writing extensive personal configs, I'd say that there are many. :)
